Robert W. Taylor, P. L.S.
Bob is a native of Torrington and began working for the company in 1973. In 1980, he became Owner and President. Since that time, he has been in charge of the design development of approximately 500 subdivisions in our communities throughout the Southeast corner of Wyoming. Since 2016, Bob has reviewed approximately 200 subdivision plats for Laramie County to ensure compliance with the County's Subdivision Regulations and Land Use Plan. Bob has also been an integral part of developing Goshen County's Land Use Plan over the last four decades.
He has also completed almost a dozen Right-of-Way Retracement and acquisition surveys of U.S. and State Highways for the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Bob was chosen as project administrator for the Wyoming Water Development Commission project with the Town of Lingle for their Master Plan. Bench Mark of Torrington, P.C. has subsequently completed the design and construction administration for several water and sewer projects for the Towns of Torrington, Lingle, and Hawk Springs.
