
Brian Wakefield, P.L.S.-CO

Brian is a native of Englewood, Colorado, who relocated to this area in 1998. He has been with BenchMark of Torrington, P.C. as a survey and engineering technician since 2001, and has been managing projects for the majority of his time here. Over the years, he has gained a great deal of experience in coordinating and assisting in all aspects of their completion. He earned his surveying license in the State of Colorado in 2012, and is in the process of attaining a license to practice in Wyoming
Brian also has a great deal of experience with boundary and topographic surveys, as well as design data collection and legal research. He also assists as project manager for surveying and construction projects. Typical examples are:

2019 Eighty-eight Oil Guernsey Station ALTA Survey of a 974-acre industrial site, including research and retracement of approximately 150 easements near Guernsey, Wyoming, followed by topographic survey and mapping of approximately 165 acres and construction staking for new containment areas, storage tanks, and pipe racks.

Lingle/Ft. Laramie Elementary School (2016) - Construction Staking for the new elementary school building, site utilities, parking lot, parent drop-off loop, bus loop, sidewalks, curb and gutter, service roads, and site grading.
